Oscar Wilde defined Artwork as follows: “Every single artwork is the fulfilment of a prophecy.” When referring to the international art scenary, one must mention MAZZI FINE ART. His brilliant creations make the canvas come alive.
When we think about Art, in common thought, we think about canvas, brushes and painting. With Mazzi Fine Art, Art is much more; it becomes the essence of the highest expression of the human being.
Francesco Mazzi is an artist and entrepreneur. With his partner Maki Saegusa, he created the MF logo. He launched the art company Mazzi Fine Art in Tokyo, patenting the ‘3D FRAME PUSH-UP’ utility model for viewing canvases outside the frame. This unique framing technique gives the viewer a sense of three-dimensionality and involvement in their Artwork and is valued as ‘total art’ that merges with space. 24K gold, platinum, diamonds, high-class precious materials carefully selected from all over the world and a unique working methodology combining them with traditional oil colours are the unique features of the exclusive realisations.
A beautiful Japanese-style Villa with an inner garden was renovated for efficient business functionality. In February 2021, the art company and atelier moved to Osaka Prefecture and opened the private ‘Mazzi Fine Art Gallery’ in the nearby bay. The in-house workshop entirely produces Artwork and original fine wood frames, offering over 100 works of Art on the market in the first year of operation.
Mazzi Fine Art’s artistic message, encapsulated in his artworks, goes beyond the present world, a world in balance that opens the door to dreams. His works, rich in unique details, seek to enhance the times in which we live. They evoke in the observer a virtual journey through the shapes and colours expressed.
Loving to reproduce the subjects of Nature, the protagonists of his works are the beautiful landscapes of the earth and the marvellous floral compositions, but above all, where the artist expresses his most intimate vision is in the Dragon skins.
Inspired also by myths and legends of our past through tireless research, he wants to re-propose what humanity has forgotten. Form becomes the container for colours that represent the exaltation of the mood of that moment, of that emotion.
The uniqueness and beauty of these works meant that the artist was immediately present in important art exhibitions worldwide in major cities such as Milan, Bologna, Florence, Tokyo and Osaka, which were very well received by the public and above all, by the great art experts.
Prestigious Art Expert (to mention a few of them) declare about Mazzi:
Vittorio Sgarbi – ”Francesco Mazzi is a goldsmith of painting, a miniaturist of matter and colour with great technical and formal sensitivity, an archaic type of craftsman-artist thrown, as if by a bizarre twist of fate, into the contemporary era”.
Giancarlo Bonomo – “The luxury of simplicity. Mazzi’s Art is the pure observation of Nature in the miracle of forms and colours in which it is generously rich”.
Raffaella Ferrari – “The unveiling of the symbol. Mazzi is firmly attracted by the pure beauty he finds whenever he refers to the aesthetic canons of antiquity, especially European antiquity”.
The calendar of 2023 is full of important events and prestigious projects that will see Mazzi Fine Art as Protagonist. 2023 which will see it immediately take centre stage in January and May with ‘Bellezza Giapponese’ (Japanese beauty), a travelling Italian Solo Exhibition to be held in Florence (Museo Casa di Dante Alighieri) and Assisi.
A special exhibition will follow in March 2023 in collaboration with Shipporyuji Temple (Osaka, Japan) and an important participation at Tokyo Art Fair. This is just a foretaste of what is planned, as much more has been scheduled…
Now followed internationally by important art collectors, gallery owners and art experts, his Art is considered by them a promising investment for the future.
